Ok, maybe not the Army... but maybe you do want to be part of a business that takes coffee very seriously!

If you want to get your hands on a SLAYER, gain experience of making coffee on Syphon, Pour Over and understand more about roasting, as well as being involved in the general duties of an Espresso Bar and Micro Roaster, then we may be the place for you!

You will be someone for whom coffee is more than a job, it is a passion - you will be a coffee geek!

You are likely to have gone out of your way to taste and cup some CoE's or Single Origins, and will be the sort of person who craves knowledge in the quest to perfect your 'god shot'.

It goes without saying you will be skilled at free-dosing, with minimal wastage, and able to pour great latte art even under the pressure of a rush. You will speak fluent english, have Permanent Residency or Citizenship, have personality and flair and can inspire your level of enthusiasm for coffee in others.

Casual Barista

• 2 years minimum previous experience in a fast paced environment
• Genuine interest in specialty coffee
• Available to work both weekdays and weekend shifts on a regular basis
• An interest in, or previous experience in roasting is an advantage
