The Bean Drinking Rewards Card is a payment card that allows you to pre-load a dollar amount onto the card and then use it in Bean Drinking to pay for your purchases. In addition to being a payment card, it is also a Loyalty card, entitling you to loyalty discounts off our hot drinks.

You can load money onto your Rewards Card using Cash, Visa, Master Card, or EFTPOS. Then simply present your loaded card to pay for your purchases. It is quick and easy, and means you will no longer need to carry 'coffee change' in your pocket or purse to enjoy your daily brew.

Each time you use the Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining. The Card will be returned to you each time, ready for your next visit.

Simply complete the on-line form, and determine how much you want to load on the card to start with. We will contact you when your card is ready for collection, and when you come in to collect, one of our friendly Baristas will help you load your card for the first time and answer any questions you may have.

Yes! Our Rewards Cards make wonderful gifts to those who appreciate great coffee. Simply select the appropriate option from above when you register, and we will set the Rewards Card up as required.

Yes, our cards are re-loadable.

At any time, simply present your card to one of our Baristas and ask to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose ($30 minimum).

Reloading works just like purchasing a new card, except that any balance you had remaining on your card will be added to the amount loaded, and your new balance will be the combined total.

Your card is like cash, so if you lose it, it is like losing cash, and therefore your balance is lost. Please look after your card as you would your cash.

No, Rewards Cards never expire.

No. There are no fees or charges associated with the Rewards Card. In fact, you will get a discount on hot drinks by using your Rewards Card as a payment method.

You can only access your credit if you present your Rewards Card at the point of payment. We are unable to charge purchases to your card if the card is not presented.
